The second out of four spots I have filmed for WWK Insurances during summer '20 on location in upper Bavaria. Pre production time was extremly brief so Mike and me have had a hard time to find suitable locations. After some extensive research we ended up in my neighbourhood where we had managed to get permission to block a country road for the afternoon...which brought some childhood memories back to me.
Shot with Sony FX9 and Sigma FF-Primes, Stefano Ferrara, my focus puller and assistant since many years, did a wonderful job handling the shallow depth of field I went for with the Sigmas, at mostly completely open f-stops around 2.0
